Working with Pretrial Justice Institute, Dan Chu Events has been producing the SJC Network Meetings since 2019. This unique conference has been presented in-person, virtually through the pandemic and now has evolved into a hybrid format. The meeting features local historical tours, a blowout off-site reception and dozens of concurrent workshops, smaller peer network meetings and plenary sessions. Our team manages the hotel, all vendors, food & beverages, registration, app, signage, presenters, safety protocols and produced all technical requirements in nearly 20 function spaces including audio, video, lighting, stage design and live streaming. We also coordinated live captioning, ASL and accessibility throughout to accommodate the various needs of participants.
