Look West is an event series that brings game-changing innovators in the arts, media and technology on stage for engaging discussions with New York Times journalists before live, local audiences in states throughout the Western U.S. Dan Chu Events has handled complete planning and production of more than a dozen Look West events in cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland and Denver which have featured the likes of Mark Ruffalo, Frank Gehry, Cheryl Strayed, Thomas Kail, Annette Bening, Michael Tilson Thomas and Dave Eggers. Venue selection, staffing, multi-camera HD film shoots, sponsor integration, stage & signage design, post-talk reception, decor, talent coordination/green room and complete technical management (audio, video clips, slides, etc.) all fell under our purview.
